CHAMPIONS AT KICK IT FOR THE CURE KICKBALL TOURNAMENT
The BOPS Kickball Team played hard and it wasn't easy, but they left with the big trophy at the 1st Annual Kick it for the Cure 2010 Kickball Tournament at the Hanover YMCA. In the first game BOPS (White Team) won 12-4 vs the Blue Team. With the most points collected in round one, BOPS had a round two bye which put them in the finals. In the Championship match, BOPS (White Team) won 8-5 vs the Pink Team. Captain Gabe accepted the 1st place trophy and it will be placed in the sacred case with the many other trophies that the BOPS Teams have collected over the years. And for next year, the team looks to defend their title.

BOPS JOINS KICKBALL TOURNAMENT TO HELP CURE CANCER
The newly created BOPS Kickball Team will play for the first time on Saturday June 19, 2010 at the Hanover YMCA. The tournament will be made up of 8 total teams that will play a single elimination tournament. Each game will use the typical wiffle ball rules and will last for 3 innings. Each team will wear different colored shirts to represent a different type of cancer. BOPS will be wearing white shirts which represent bone cancer. All proceeds will help local people in need of cancer treatments. Please come out and support the team. Games begin at 6:00 PM.
